Our Team

Dan’s life has been significantly impacted by a number of men who have invested themselves in his life over the years. Because of these experiences, Dan is passionate about helping others become biblical disciple makers. He has been married to his best friend Cora for over 30 years and they have two adult children who are married. Dan enjoys a variety of outdoor adventures: hiking, camping, backpacking, skiing, fly-fishing, hunting, and competitive shooting.

Paul has a heart for making disciples out of the next generation.  He has been married to his wife Josie since 2012, and they love doing ministry together.  They have one young daughter, Arelia.  Paul served in youth ministry for 6 years before coming here to E-Free, and desires to see the younger generation own and walk out their faith throughout their lives.  Paul enjoys spending time with his family, playing on his custom computer, and watching the Packers.

John is passionate about personal growth and is currently discipling/ mentoring a number of men. John works at Montana State University in a master’s degree program for science educators, teaching online. He and his wife Susanna have five adult children and eight grandchildren. John loves living in the Bozeman area and can be found in the back country skiing, hiking, or biking…often with his grandson or other guys from the church.

Kirsten leads a team of musicians passionate about worship through music, prayer and scripture. Kirsten’s passions include mentoring the next generation of worship leaders through internships both in-house at E-Free and through Montana State University, as well as discipling young people in their walk with the Lord. Kirsten and her husband, Tobin, have 3 kids–Elijah, Samuel, and Lydiana–and love any opportunity to be outdoors hiking, mountain biking, or skiing.

Originally from Billings, MT, Paul now lives in Bozeman after finishing school at MSU. Paul is responsible for the musical development of our church worship teams. Aaron was raised in Glendive, MT where he met his wife, Mara. They were married in the Glendive church he grew up in, where his father served as pastor. He and Mara studied at Montana State University, where Aaron received his Bachelor’s degree in Music Technology. Aaron has a passion for facilitating the intersection of art and technology. Carol has been married to her husband Blaine for over 30 years.  Since Blaine is a Bozeman native, it was an easy decision to return to Montana after living in Yemen and Saudi Arabia for 22 years.  It was during this time in the Middle East that Carol and Blaine’s faith grew, and they found a calling in serving others through missions and fellowship.  Carol and Blaine have been members at E-Free for two years and have two grown children–Alec and Katie.  Carol enjoys the newfound freedom of living in the U.S. again, the outdoors, pickleball, and traveling.

Jill is passionate about seeing growth and learning take place in the lives of young children as they learn more about Jesus, themselves, others and our world. She enjoys building relationships with families and knows the importance of teamwork, not only with parents but also with teachers during this critical early learning stage. Jill and her husband Kevin and their two daughters Kylie and Isla enjoy skiing the cold smoke, camping in Glacier National Park, and traveling to see family.
